Description: South Pars Development phase 15&16 required an Electrochlorination system to prevent organic fouling in the onshore and offshore cooling water pipeline. The system provides 3ppm of Hypochlorite of continuous dosing and 5ppm of shock dosing every 8 hours for 30mins. The units have a total capacity of 145kg per hour of Hypochlorite.

Also the supervision of the installation at day rates quoted, and pre commissioning, commissioning and start in a two week period were included.

Description: Kavian Petrochemical plant produces two million tonnes of Ethylene per year supplying the downstream petrochemical plants. This plant required an input of 94,000 M³/h of water. This is supplied through a seawater intake system, the system required 9 automatic self-cleaning filters each with a maximum capacity of 11,000 M³/h and able to filter out particles which are over 1000 microns in size. The filters needed to have an automatic backflush mechanism in order to maintain a constant flow of water into the plant.
Description: South pars development phase 15&16 has a sea water intake system supplying water to various processes and cooling systems. The scope of this project was to provide adequate filtration for some of the processes which required sea water. These filters, due to constant duty, needed to be of an automatic backflush variety to minimize down time and loss of flow. The filters were designed to filter out any coarse particle over 500 microns in size.
Description: Iran LNG Plant required an Electrochlorination System in its Utility Package in order to prevent biological fouling in equipment like heat exchangers. The system provides 1ppm of Hypochlorite of continuous dosing and 4ppm of shock dosing every 8 hours for 15mins. The units have a total capacity of 330kg per hour of Hypochlorite.
